  This is my goto lunch spot on days I work from the Office. Staff is friendly. A few of the sandwich artisans know what I get and can have half my sandwich made as I park the car. Always appreciate this type of close-knit customer service.

  "I had a really disappointing visit to Subway today. The employee preparing my 'vegi delight' was touching meat and then proceeded to handle my vegetarian order without changing gloves, even after I specifically asked her to. She had a very unhelpful attitude and refused to change her gloves. During the interaction, she made a comment about being from Kerala, which felt completely irrelevant and unprofessional. I believe better training in hygiene practices, especially regarding cross-contamination for vegetarian orders, and improved customer service skills are definitely needed for this employee."

  NO COUPONS ALLOWED...EVEN THOU THEY CAN SEE THE COUPONS 🤔😳😶 TODAY 4/16/2026 WAS THE WORST AT THIS SUBWAY LOCATION...THE WORKER HAD ON A MASK ON AND COUGHING IN THE MASK 😷 NO LEANING INTO ARM...JUST COUGHING IN THE MASK 🤮🤮🤮 I PRAYED OVER MY SANDWICH...THE COUGHING WAS DONE AT THE REGISTER AFTER SANDWICH WAS MADE, WRAPPED AND BAGGED UP. THEN I'VE NEVER SEEN A WORKER LITERALLY COUNT OUT SINGLE SLICES OF MEAT...LIKE PENNY PINCHING CUSTOMERS AND A SINGLE 6 INCH SANDWICH IS ALMOST $10. After being a regular customer at this Subway location for approximately a year and purchasing large & small orders, today I found out the store can see coupon deals on my reward membership accout but the store could only pay out cash options but n o free footlong sandwiches could be redeemed at that location 🤔😳😶. Come to find out, I have 6 free 12 inch footlong subway sandwiches in the rewards system but I can't redeem a single sub sandwich at this location (1333 N. Delaney Road, Suite 200, Gurnee, Illinois). Now what kind of mess is this?. It seems the store doesn't want to loose product but it's product that I previously paid for...AT THIS LOCATION. Needless to say, today was my last visit at this location because in the past, I've purchased well over 12-15 footlong subway sandwiches in one visit, on several occasions, but now I can't redeem a single footlong that's listed in the Subway rewards system...MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. It also seems like ownership changed and in came new rules. So customer can go to this location, just don't expect rewards to be honored...especially free footlong sandwiches 😭😭😭 UNHAPPY CUSTOMER BUT I'LL FIND A NEW LOCATION... EFFECTIVE 4/16/2026 I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SUBWAY LOCATION. SEENS LIKE NEW MANAGEMENT IS IN PLACE AND IT'S HORRIBLE‼️‼️‼️
