  I placed an online order for some prints last night. Online it said it would be ready the next morning. I got a call 10 minutes later saying it was ready. When I went to pick up the order I noticed it was the wrong size. I was in a hurry and couldn't stay to get it fixed. The next day, this morning, I wanted to go back and order it online. And again I clicked on the11x17. But again I didnt trust the system. I went to the store and talked to the lady. And im sorry I didnt get her name. She was so patient with me. And I explained what happened. Even showed her on the phone that when I click 11x17 paper. She managed to reprint and laminate for myself. Thank you again for the great customer service. Will definitely come back for some more printing.
