  I was insured with Blumenstock Allstate insurance for more than 15 years. The entire time I jumped through all the Allstate hoops of pay in full discounts, no paper statements for discounts, no claims made for discounts, take safe driving programs for our teenage kids for discounts, etc... IT WAS ALL GARBAGE. Not only is Blumenstock incompetent but the unethical means in which Allstate adjusters work is insulting and borderline illegal. This year I needed to file a homeowners claim after a storm did over $6000 worth of damage and after my claim was mishandled so horribly by this office and the adjuster, I was contacted by an Allstate employee from their Errors and Omissions department wanting to investigate the conduct of the Blumenstock agency. This very employee acknowledged the mishandling of my claim by the Blumenstock agency and the false information I was given by the adjuster to force my hand to settle my claim. HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS.........YOU ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE. In fact, there are better more affordable insurance companies out there. This unfortunate situation allowed me to look for a new insurance company which improved my coverage for my home and four autos, and saved me over $1300 annually. Before you either give your business or keep your business with Allstate, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere and don't let them sell you that "good hands" garbage. You deserve better than Blumenstock Allstate.

  I paid my premium in full two days before it was due. David Blumenstock, for whatever reason, did not receive my payment and said if I did not make another payment, they would cancel my policy. So I made an additional payment. They finally found my initial payment 15 days later. Now they are refusing to refund my extra payment in full because they didn't find my payment until after the due date. They are removing the full pay discount. Such poor service. I will not be renewing.

  AmyLynne was awesome to work with, both friendly and very knowledgable! My first contact at the office had me slipping in just before closing at 5:30. Not once did i feel like i was an inconvenience but was met with smiles and accommodation to my insurance needs. There was more to take care of that my daughter needed to be there for but she works during their business hours and we were able to easily schedule a Saturday morning appointment to take care of business! A totally pleasant experience! Thank you AmyLynne! Your great!
