  I paid my premium in full two days before it was due. David Blumenstock, for whatever reason, did not receive my payment and said if I did not make another payment, they would cancel my policy. So I made an additional payment. They finally found my initial payment 15 days later. Now they are refusing to refund my extra payment in full because they didn't find my payment until after the due date. They are removing the full pay discount. Such poor service. I will not be renewing.

  Won't stop calling and harassing me. I've answered and asked them to stop calling as well as texted the number back that texted me. They refuse to stop harassing me

  AmyLynne was awesome to work with, both friendly and very knowledgable! My first contact at the office had me slipping in just before closing at 5:30. Not once did i feel like i was an inconvenience but was met with smiles and accommodation to my insurance needs. There was more to take care of that my daughter needed to be there for but she works during their business hours and we were able to easily schedule a Saturday morning appointment to take care of business! A totally pleasant experience! Thank you AmyLynne! Your great!
