I placed an online order via the website, when I went into the location I asked where do I got for online order pickup, the lady said she had no orders. I said I have my confirmation email right here. Now I notice your website changed my pickup time to after 5pm so I did ask about that and she said it doesn’t matter what time the order is for it will automatically show in her system. So she again said she had no orders. I confirmed it was for the right location as well. I ended up ordering a new sandwich and filling out the contact form online to be contacted. NO ONE ever reached out to me not a phone call, no emails. Complete silence. Very inexcusable behavior. Staff both of them were very rude to me.
