  My partner and I were served by Bri on Sunday, her service was above and beyond!! She recommended us the flatbreads which were delicious. She took her time making sure our sandwiches were perfect, and this was the best subway experience we've personally had in a long time.

  I had an issue with my pick up order the previous night and didn’t get much help from the employees. Thankfully, I called in the morning. Talk to the manager Ragi Patel, and everything got straightened out. She remade my sandwich and she was really nice. She even greeted me when I walked in. This manager gets all the praise for friendly Customer Service and correcting the order. She was really kind and nice to talk to you. The only thing I wish is all the employees had heard kindness.

  Why give coupons if you can't use them. Not everyone wants to do everything online so it's crazy that you can't use the coupons they send out

  Bad service July 8 aprox 5:30 pm. No greeting and lady wearing a mask as if covid was still raging never offered to take my order. I walked out perplexed. I then went to the other Subway and got great service as always from the Madison Ave location. Won't go back to the Nameoki rd store.
