  So I normally order from this wingstop but they always get something wrong so I stopped going for a little…. But I went in today and my order wasn’t finish after an hour of ordering they said we ordered boneless wings but when making my order I called to make sure they made them all flats specifically and the girl who answer the phone said I asked for boneless. Instead of offering to remake it they tried to argue with me. I also saw one of the worker in the back doing nothing while the other 2 workers were doing orders. I even witnessed one of the 2 workers rub under her shirt then proceeded to touch the wings with no gloves on or washing her hand that is a HUGEEEEE food safety issue. They were super rude and the costumer service was awful and just gross I will no longer be giving them my money.

  The worst customer service. Still waiting on my refund for an incorrect order. The manager and staff at this location are extremely unprofessional and can not prepare orders correctly. If the system would allow me to give a “0” I would

  My husband ordered wings for the family and it took them more than 25 minutes to get the order even started. They had no orders and and we were confused on why I took so long. Food was hot but a little dry

  Food is fine everytime but this location constantly is under staffed and takes way too long to get food out. And gets orders wrong a lot
