  there is an older black lady that works here who is rude and dismissive. I came in and stood at the counter for over five minutes while she was in the back on her own personal phone call. Somebody else walked in through the front door and she serviced them before me and didn’t greet me or anything. She then talked bad about me to the person that she was on the phone with. Then scanned my package to return it and now the next day I see that she returned the package back to my house instead of the company that I bought the package from. She scanned the package instead of scanning the QR code on my phone. This definitely needs to be addressed. It’s the fact that this is not the first time that I’ve been treated like this by the same person.

  8/2/26 The owner or manager, not sure whoch she is, was working solo when I arrived. She had customers coming to the countwr two at a time, at one point, just so the line would shorten. There were are about 8 people in front of me, and slowly others arrived. She kept the same high energy level, friendliness, and a level of professionalism, as she waited on each person.

  The guy working in there today 7/24/26, was as nice as they come. I wish I got his name. He is going places in this life.
