    Past several weeks I've tried nymerous times to return a package, it's been closed during normal business hours. Have to drive out of our way to get service.

    I happened to come to this location because I was in the area to drop off a few Amazon returns. Upon my entrance, the associate was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I did not catch her name but this was in the morning of June 18, 2026. I like using UPS but this particular location should provide a proper customer service training because how she treats customers is unacceptable.

    Brenda, who identified herself as a manager, provided one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. When I requested contact information for the manager, she abruptly snatched a business card from my hand with enough force that she nearly scratched my skin. Her behavior was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. While I was there, I also observed her interacting with other customers in a rude and condescending manner. The overall atmosphere she created was unwelcoming and uncomfortable. I have since been told that she is the franchise owner's mother, which may explain why there appears to be little accountability for her behavior. Regardless of her relationship to ownership, customers should be treated with respect and professionalism. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location. I know they have cameras REVIEW the footage

    The serviced sucked I came in told him I just emailed my label to them do you want him to pull it up he tells me they computer down and I would have to use the computer in the lobby not telling would be charged to use it now I get on they it say tap my card I'm not thinking nothing of I'm thinking I'm gone pay for the label he sees me struggling looking back looking lost does come offer to help but talking to me with sass around other customers he talking me like I'm slow.im not use to this I'm use to just going in and handling my stuff over and it's fine but why I continue to take the trip to Indiana although I'm 5 mins away because they know the definition of customer service not to mention my card got charged because y'all computer not working can I have to use the one in the lobby and I get charged for that that is so unprofessional I left there and went right to Indiana I took my box in and it was over and done service with a smile and I wasn't charged anything but y'all charge me to use y'all computer in the lobby because y'all stuff wasn't working that's crazy as hell not to mention when I looked at my bank account and realize I was charged I called the clerk back and ask why was I charged and when do I get my money back once again with the sassy mouth talking to instead of just telling me okay ma'am I'm sorry but don't worry about it you'll get your money back custody proceeded on talking to me like I'm slow instead of apologizing for the mistake and don't worry you get you money back I've been in customer service for 49 years I get awards everywhere I go and he needs severe training guy with the curly hair and light skin

    Long lines and unprofessionalism. I came to get documents notarized. Their team didn’t even have my appointment registered and I set up the appointment a week prior. The notary was super unprofessional with an attitude and I requested two witnesses in my form. Her staff just left so no one was available. She could never place her signature on my documents. I’m so disgusted with her raggedy self. 6/6/26 response to UPS: I’m not sure what you’re referring to. I successfully completed the identification process and waited for the most unprofessional notary I’ve ever encountered. I was actually the first in line and waited for her to wrapped up a jarring interaction with another patron. If I would’ve known that I was waiting on her, as I wasn’t aware she’s the notary, I would’ve left based on how she handled the previous customer. Her disposition was nasty and unprovoked; thus, I left when she addressed me in that manner. The South Holland location was able to provide exemplary service. Which reminds me to leave a 5 star review for that location. With all of these poor reviews about the experiences with that one person, and it being a commonly known fact across the region that this location has poor service, I’m surprised no one has taken action to correct the issue.
