  Yeah, the guy here that I work with behind the register was a great guy. He really helped me. He helped me with my package. I liked him. He was quick into the point. He was a good guy. Also the store itself was a nice story. it’s small but quaint. Overall, it’s a little bit more relaxing than your general UPS store cause it’s a less crowded. It is small however. So I imagine if it’s crowded in there it might feel a little bit stressful, but that’s just the nature of having a smaller UPS store. The problem is sometimes bigger ones yet so crowded I get you know whatever. But overall, this is a good store. I recommend recommended. It’s also next to a jewel. If you wanna go get some groceries afterward or if you’d like, want a snack cause you’re hungry. But nevertheless, it’s in good location. I recommend it. There’s plenty of parking available. And the staff is friendly.

  The place is fine but I don’t understand why it lists 24 hour access if it’s only open for a couple hours.

  i’ve gotta say this is probably the best UPS store I’ve ever been to. They are always welcoming and kind and willing to do things for you. Unlike FedEx down the street on Waukegan Road, this UPS store, will take the copies that you need copied, make them for you, staple them for you and give them back to you with a smile. in addition when it comes to shipping any items, they are extremely helpful as well. I highly recommend going to this fantastic store. Five stars!

  Absolutely the best! It may not be the cheapest way to ship something, but if you want helpful staff with all the supplies look no further. I didn’t have a box and they cut one to fit, offered to help me pack it, explained the shipping price in detail, very efficient, clean and wonderful. highly recommend.
