  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I arrived before the scheduled FedEx pickup time with extremely important overnight documents. I specifically came before the pickup cutoff and personally saw the FedEx driver outside. The employees knew that my shipment was urgent and that it needed to go out that day. Instead of helping, the staff wasted time arguing about packaging requirements and then, despite seeing me standing there with my documents, the driver simply left without taking the shipment. Another employee later tried to help, but by that point it was too late and my documents missed the pickup. This location has terrible customer service, poor communication, and absolutely no sense of urgency or customer care. If you have important or time-sensitive documents, do yourself a favor and go to another FedEx location. Very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

  Walked in at 650pm and was told they could not process our shipment (a small envelope) because they were closed. Awful awful awful customer service and this is why the company continues to decline in customer perception and quality. The associates name was Howard and his companion was also terrible. Both need to be fired asap. This is unacceptable. Three star rating is embarrassing and someone needs to be held accountable
