  There was one employee in store. I waited 30 minutes until he asked me what type of help I needed. Plus, there were three other customers that needed help. I left since he wasnt able to take phone numbers off my account. It wasnt an option at that location.

  After multiple trips to this store with phone problems and no resolution, I entered again and Roberto was working. He was extremely helpful! He was patient, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with in backing up and preparing my phone to be sent back for a replacement. When my new phone came in a few days later, I was delighted to see Roberto when I entered the store. He recognized me and offered to help! Again he was the perfect depiction of customer service! I had numerous questions and he not only patiently answered me but he was kind and we even laughed which put me at ease with my lack of technical knowledge! I truly appreciate Roberto and all he did to help me!! He is a great asset to Cricket!
