  The Edwardsville/Glen Carbon, Illinois store has been my favorite UPS store to complete returns at. I’ve never had issues with the staff, the store is clean and the workers and the processes they use are effective, fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and they know how to do their job. I appreciate the staff most importantly.

  I pull in and I'm the only car on their lot. Immediately every parking space gets filled. It took a minute because the box I have a pretty big. Expecting to see many people waiting in line...I am thrilled to see that there are four associates waiting to help. It took me longer to get out of the car than it took to process my return to Amazon. I was blown away by the speed of service and the kindness I received when I walked in the door.

  The service here is beyond amazing. In and out just like that never had to wait more than a minute or two for service. This new store is a great example of how a business should be run

  Mira was awesome - a staff at UPS there in Glen Carbon, IL. I appreciated her tremendous quick help with my Amazon app off of my mobile phone, switching the Whole Foods drop off by canceling it and set up to UPS drop off for my 2 items. She saved my time, gas and make unnecessarily trip to St. Louis. Thank you for having her! And her kind patience with me being Deaf. Keep her!
