  This is legit the fifth time this Subway location has messed up my or my partners online order. I don’t like to leave negative reviews because I understand the levels of working customer service. However, the online service i’ve had from this location has never been good. The customizations are never met, ever. Even with up charges like avocado- you probably won’t get it. The “extra” or “light” customizations might as well not exist either.

  Newman made my whole visit feel like chatting with an old friend. While making my sandwich, he kept me smiling, asking me things, and just being genuinely warm. I felt completely welcomed by him. Honestly, if there were more than five stars, Newman earned them all!
