  Placed an online order through the subway app and we are now 30 minutes passed the estimated delivery time which is 1 hour after I ordered. One sub and one salad was my order. App still saying they are preparing and the only option is to contact the store. They said food was ready and I could come get it but they couldn’t do nothing about the delivery fee and the delivery tip and that I would need to contact DoorDash to get that figured out. Which DoorDash said the store has to handle because I didn’t order through DoorDash. When I called back I asked for a manager and was told that the manager is the only one that can do a refund and they have no clue when she would be back because she hasn’t been there for two weeks and she’s been covering at another store after several people quit. I called that store and was told the manager would be in, in the morning and she may be able to do something. I have the Dasher app and even tried to just login there to accept the order as a driver but there were no available orders for Gillespie… Just all around not my job to jump through hoops to figure out how to get my order or my money back for something that never was delivered to me. No solution was even offered. Just “I don’t have the credentials to do anything so I don’t know what to tell you.” If only one person can fix the problem then that person should be available to fix the problem. That’s how my job works anyways.
