- RRRoxx ReviewsSep 11, 20263.0This was a lovely location, spacious, clean and tidy. The staff seems very cranky, annoyed at the customer in front of me who had lots of returns. Huffed and sighed as she pulled out additional returns. I tried to lighten his mood with a cheerful greeting, to which he didn't acknowledge and just proceeded to click away on the computer. I attempted a nice hello again with small talk, which was ignored. I figured he must be overworked and overwhelmed but there were only two of us in the store at that moment. He instead seemed aggravated with me that I had a return that didn't require an order number. I showed him the email of what I had that said this was not required, nor a box, label or QR code. He proceeded to complain to me about the company not being good and not providing enough information and asked if I still wanted to return it. I apologized and said I still needed to return it. He kind of tossed my receipt to me and said something along the lines of "Good luck". I tried to lighten his mood with, thanks! I'm sure it will work out. I hope you have a better day. He ignored it and moved to the next customer. To be fair, I haven't had a good experience in many UPS stores. Their employees must be overworked. The Neltnor location is by far the happiest I've seen their employees.
