  First of all when I walked in the store, the guy was mopping the floor. He called the guy from the back to help me. He didn’t come so he came. He put gloves on, but never washed his hands and then as he was preparing my sandwich, he put a piece of pepperoni in his mouth and ate it. I couldn’t believe what I had just experienced you guys let your employees know when you’re serving food you’re mopping the floor. You wash your hands before you make someone sandwich and absolutely you do not put anything in your mouth to eat while you’re preparing someone sandwich.

  Worst subway ive ever been to. Three guys working behind the counter, and messed up all 4 of my subs. Took 30min they were backed up 10 people deep. Also one worker was more interested in a customer's shirt than moving the line along. I Will never eat there again. I will just drive to Casey's

  The experience at the Geneseo subway was a waste of time the lady working seemed as if she was forced to be there when I came in to pick up my sandwiches the lady gave me a rude look and said are they not over there ?? Nobody wants to eat somewhere where the staff is uneducated and rude thanks subway do better !!!!!

  The only reason I gave this store one star is because I'm not able to give it zero stars. The staff seemed like they did not want to be there. The food prep are was not the cleanest. And, for the food...The bread was definitely fresh baked today, the lettuce seemed like it was from last week, and sandwich's flavor was lackluster.
