  Have had much more friendly people, working at this store, in the past. The clerk was not the friendliest person on the world and I had a plan of just getting into MyUPS and completing everything and just have to pay for the label. Well thats not how she wanted to do and pretty much insisted she needed to put my info in herself and then I had to call my boss because we were not shipping like we normally would ship. I had already driven nearly 200 miles to get the package to that UPS store because the Havana UPS couldn't print a label. Annoying to say the least. Not impressed. I was already stressed anyhow and she didnt make my day any easier.

  Spoke with the owner (older man) inquiring about shredding services. Told me $2/lb and then became irate that I asked if there was a "shredding event" locally and said "why would I tell you that, it would take food out of my families mouth." Despicable and will never get my business.
