  Fantastic place of business and great hard working and friendly employees. I go almost daily. Never had any problems. Getting to pet whichever one of the dogs that happens to be there is one of the best parts of my day. Definitely one of my favorite places to go in town. I feel like if you can't get along with these folks the problem probably isn't them.

  I wish I could give it a zero. I was walking my dog past the ups store and one of the staff was mouthing don't walk her. She has a neurological condition that makes her walk funny. I told her to mind her own business. She came out of the store and verbally harassed me when she didn't even know my dogs situation. This makes Galesburg look bad. I am from the Chicago area and most people in chicago know to mind their own business.

  Has to be one of the most rude places in Galesburg. I dread dropping off a package here. No matter who working here is condescending and unhelpful. I wish I could give this a 0 star or negative star. Wouldn’t be a shame if this place closed
