Attempted to edit hours. Hours on website and on Google are both inaccurate; I was unable to snap a picture for accuracy but the hours are on the door. Every weekday they open between 8-9, weekends at 10. They close between 9-10pm. This issue has resulted in online ordering being unavailable. Google is likely going to continue having inaccurate hours until Subway fixes the hours on the website.
Considering how long this has been going on, my best guess is the owners/managers are trying to be disingenuous about something. This is especially important considering the fact that the coupons received in the mail require use of the app, and the app says the location is closed except for 30 minutes in the morning.
Food and service today were the same as it usually is… nothing noteworthy, though apparently they no longer pre-heat their meatballs which means it takes a lot longer to prepare the meatball marinaras. Both workers seemed new, so that didn’t help either.
I stopped in Wednesday evening near closing time (I forgot to check the hours). The two members of staff greeted me with a smile and genuine kindness, and were very welcoming. Even though they were ready to close, they were professional and friendly, and provided great service and a quality meal. They are a really asset and make people feel welcome. Thank you!
Online ordering not available so I was forced to order from an actual human. My presented coupon was restricted beyond the coupon itself to only be useable for a very limited number of sandwiches. Asked for one sandwich with no bread and they put it in a bowl and tried to charge me four more dollars than the sandwich with bread would've costed. I instructed them to transfer it to bread which I would then throw out afterwards, this saving my coworker four dollars. The more I think about this the more bedevilled I become. In all fairness the employee complied and readjusted the price. Also, some very lucky birds got some bread for lunch.
