    The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and Art helped fix our door too! The room is very nice and clean only problem was the darkening curtains didn't close fully but otherwise amazing room. Location is a bit sketchy but we weren't from around here so we're not sure if this is truly sketchy but had known places nearby! Thank you to the amazing front desk people again!

    I checked in late Friday June 19th with 2 of my friends as it was the only option available at the time after our previous hotel fell through. Upon waking up, me and my friends noticed a significant amount of blood on the side of the bed frame. I brought this up with the front desk and the women working there told me I should have let them know 2 hours after checking in max but now that it is the next day they may have to charge us FOR BLOOD THAT ISNT OURS. If they check surveillance cameras we did not even bring in guests that could’ve caused this blood either. Even after bringing up this issue, the second night the blood still remained on the frame. They only cleaned it up on our last night after significant amount of conversation. I’d give this place zero stars if I could

    For centuries humankind has wandered the earth - traveling far from their dwellings in search of great adventure and stories to share with the next generation. Travelers with coin are bonded through the ages by a desire for a warm meal and shelter from the elements. It is no surprise then that the concept of an Inn has persisted almost as long as the human wanderlust. The over saturation of choice is a recent development in the story of man. In such times the innkeeper has a more vital role than ever before in our history. Weary travelers in search of refuge after the horrors of modern airfare are met with customer service representatives all too similar to the ones employed by the airlines. In comes our hero - Dan. Sure Dan might represent another corperate hotel chain - but the sense of comfort that he was able to convey when he picked up the phone and said 'best Western' is unparalleled. It appealed to my primal desires to speak to another human being and made me feel like I could kick up my boots by the fire and let Dan poor me and ale. Throughout our brief stay at this hotel Dan cultivated a clean and safe atmosphere. This isn't the closest airport hotel, and I'll be shocked if it provides the best value. But the Best Western Plus O'Hare International South Hotel has something better. It has Dan.

    Thank you to this hotel I had a place to stay when the hotel I reserved a room for 5 days before I left Iowa didn’t want to have me because my younger brothers didn’t have id mind you they are young n do not have any id, came to this hotel told them my situation they helped me super fast god bless there hearts, very friendly staff, awesome work guys keep doing what your doing I’ll fs be back, hotel was nicer than what I expected room was very clean and tidy, tv, fridge, and microwave working ac ofc where u can change the temp yourself, and breakfast what else could u need ! The pool is no longer up tho but no problem to me Js needed a place to stay but for yall that are looking for a hotel with pool this one does not have one anymore

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Chicago hotel from June 5th to June 8th. Despite my preference for Best Western, I found this experience to be the most unsatisfactory I have encountered. During my stay, several issues arose. The shower door was malfunctioning, preventing it from closing properly and causing water to leak onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the container of body wash broke, and fell off the wall and no replacement was provided. Furthermore, there were blood stains on the blanket provided to us. And what looked like BBQ sauce on the base board of the bed. A particularly concerning incident occurred when we discovered a large trap filled with insects in the open. Upon lifting the sheets, we were met with a scene that resembled a murder scene. Despite being informed that we could not be accommodated in a different room due to overbooking, I was met with further inconvenience. The television cable malfunctioned for an entire day, and the staff, specifically Ubi, exhibited unacceptable behavior towards both me and other guests. Ubis informed us that there was no housekeeping service for the weekend, resulting in a significant accumulation of trash in our room throughout the entire stay. When we requested towels, Ubis informed us that the laundry was locked and that we would have to wait two hours for assistance. Upon returning four hours later, Ubis informed us that towels were unavailable until the following day.
