  Needed windshield fluid, wipers and a couple of other things today for vehicle. Anthony, ask me if I needed assistance when I walked in the store. I didn't but then he offered again. This time I said, "yes". I needed a recommendation on wiper brand. From personal experience he recommended Bosch. He checked me out and offered to install them for me. Very friendly service.

  Didn't honor their 'lifetime' warranty on brake pads because their brand calipers caused 'uneven wear.' I have been shopping at Advance for over 20 years, but if you're not honoring your warranty I will shop at the competitor who will.

  incompetent employees, I wasted 30-45 minutes of time here because they couldn't print a return receipt that was easily printed the day before. I feel cheated and physically embarrassed because they started raising their voices and yelling at me, now I feel very uncomfortable and unpleasant because they yelled at me in this store, but at first they refused to print a receipt at all, although I just asked to print a receipt. Also, one lady started filming me on her phone, which I didn't give permission for. I got the impression that I was being accused. Here I only received a biased and arrogant attitude towards the customer. I don't recommend it to anyone, maybe another day there will be better employees.
