  I was very disappointed with my experience at Wingstop. I placed an order and did not receive the correct items that I paid for. It’s frustrating to get home and realize your order is wrong, especially when you’re looking forward to your meal. Accuracy is one of the most basic expectations when ordering food, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I understand mistakes can happen, but more attention to detail and quality control is needed before orders leave the restaurant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving order accuracy so other customers don’t have the same experience. Unfortunately, because of both the incorrect order and the poor customer service, I cannot recommend this location and will think twice before returning.

  I placed an order for delivery and waited over 40 minutes; I live 25 minutes from the store, and they didn't include the Ranch dressing I ordered. What kind of employees work there who don't pay attention?
