  Where to begin. We stayed last night, June 25th 2026. We got to our room and the tv and DirecTV service wasn't even connected up. We called the front desk and spoke with the attendees on duty. The person came in and tried everything she could to get it to set up including getting another box and grmi wiring to no avail. She told us how the owners had recently began remodeling this place but wouldn't pay the contractors so like 5 different contractors left without finishing the jobs. I told her that explained why spackle was all over the sink and the washroom. She offered to clean it up but being alone she was getting calls for so many things beside our rv situation that I told her do t even worry about it. She eventually moved us to a disabled room which was fine until we had to use the bed which is about 30 inches off the floor. It was so low and diffi6 for seniors to get off and in the bed. It was almost like being in an air mattress hight bed. I seriously suggest if you want to run a hotel please do your job and don't expect the poor employees to do it for you. I'll never be back here guaranteed.alwo we have no smoke alarm in our room.

  Counter help very nice but person in charge was rude. Bugs in room.by morning there were a lot of dead bugs, I'm thinking they had sprayed the room it was gross

  We called the Wednesday before arrival to be sure we could bring our small dog. Then when we arrived on Friday they told us they changed the policy, no dogs. So we had to find lodging for the dog. There was none. Luckily a family member took him in. (Later we heard a small dog in 1 of the rooms) Then the TV didn't work. They'd be up in a minute to fix it. 30 minutes and several tries later it was fixed. Next night it had quit working and we had to get someone up to fix it again. All while construction workers crap was everywhere, including tools that blocked the Stairway. Goodluck if there's a fire, not to mention every smoke detector on the first floor they blocked with painters tape. They also continued with loud tools up until at least 1130 on the second night. We were there 2 days. They didn't clean or bring fresh towels. We had to request fresh towels. Close to no seating if you wanted breakfast. The whole experience was an epic fail.

  We stayed here on Friday May 15, 2026. We were pleasantly surprised by the renovations at the hotel. Everything was clean and bright. New carpet through out ,rooms recently renovated. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly.We would stay at the Flora Best Western again.
