  This is a Subway, so you know what kind of food you'll get before you do. This particular Subway is our kids' favorite. The staff are so welcoming, friendly, and patient, and they always smile and compliment the kids on their politeness. We have seen some truly awful people come in and be rude to the staff, but though sometimes the staff looks hurt, they still treat everyone with respect and kindness. They will go above and beyond to be kind.

  I am a strict vegetarian and specifically ordered a vegetarian sandwich. When I opened my order, I found meat in it, which is completely unacceptable. I tried calling the store more than 10 times, but nobody answered the phone. This was a very disappointing experience, and I had to throw the food away. I expect better attention to dietary requirements and better customer service.

  The app doesn't work on my phone. Had success with the online order. When I arrived the curbside pickup link didn't work. Had the option to call to have it brought out but limped inside to pick it up myself. The food tasted good, a little skimpy on the ingredients. Disappointed that they no longer have wheat bread. I also ordered my sandwich toasted but it was cold when I got it. Overall, I would have given 5 stars but the company needs to work on their app/online ordering. The staff needed to toast that sandwich.
