  I love this location on 94th Kedzie. Nora is the bomb. Been receiving packages from this location for years. Always good customer service

  This place scammed me!!!! Poor customer service. I shipped a package that weighted 4 pounds. They changed the amount and over charged my card by $60!!! The manager has no idea what they are doing! Another time I went here and the printer wouldn’t work and the manager continuously hit the machine as if that would make it work. Do not go here!!! It’s not drawing to conclusions I have been in contact with UPS. Don’t try to defend malicious actions of your staff and hold them accountable! Also you are a UPS store when people go there you have a weight a scale and computer to calculate weight or does that not work in your store either? So you disregard repairs to your equipment and say it’s the customers fault. You should be ashamed of how you stain the brown.
