  My lovely child told me at 6pm she had a project due tomorrow and I had to rush to get it printed because our printer was down. Not only that we needed design software and thicker paper. The computer was easy enough to get on and work with but the REAL HERO was Quinton helping me with the paper and printer. He was so friendly, calm, and helpful. Just a good all around soul. Thank you Quinton.

  The people who work there do not seem like they care at all. Needed to scan large blueprint. Mgr. just said go back and do it yourself (self-serve). Meanwhile another employee was standing by the machine arranging something on the counter while I tried to make sense of the keypad. Then at the end they couldn't even print a receipt for me. Disorganized and apathetic.
