  Placed an online order for a Sandwich, it was Properly Made while I was coming in. Only one employee in the store, she did an Awesome Job. Very Pleasant, the restaurant was clean.

  Nearest subway in this area. Good service. Has a parking lot structure. I go to this place regularly for lunch during work.

  They never answer the phone. I tried asking for cooperate number to file a complaint about the service, I was told they wasn't allow to issue it out. When I went inside to place an order, since I couldn't get through, there were 4 teenagers inside (2 boys and 2 girls) sitting down on their computer like they didn't have a job to do. Only on Friday's I can SOMETIME'S get through to place an order. Hiring sign need to be place along the city of Elwood, not to mention the service is slow.
