  This is my local Wingstop. The food is good. However simply put they have missed our last four orders. We ordered two fries and only received one this time. The last time we ordered, they sent us one order as well. The two times times before that they sent us two regular fries when we ordered Cajun. I called and they put me on hold before I can say anything. This is frustrating.

  Stopped in trying to get lunch. Customer service rep did not greet me. Ask if I was ordering or picking up. I said ordering. He said it will be 1 hour and a half wait. When it was only three people in there. I understand if they had a lot of customers. But online orders should have a wait.

  Once I placed my order, I called to request a few special modifications. I was pleasantly surprised when my food arrived—it was hot, fresh, and absolutely flavorful! Everything was prepared exactly the way I requested, and I truly appreciate the employees for paying attention to every detail. I spent about $80 on wings, and they were definitely worth every penny. Thank you for the amazing service and delicious food!
