I came in with my friend and son. I went up the older cashier man to politely request of a new batch of wings. I told him I didn’t like the taste/smell and I didn’t get to finish my sentence, he said what’s wrong with them I said I’m not sure but, again he interrupted me and responsed very aggressively THEN HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. The way this man spoke to me even cause my friend to get up see what’s the problem was. The man calls the cook saying that he doesn’t know what I want and so I asked if I could get it well cooked. Had this man let me finish what I needed to say, l would’ve been able to finish my meal but he embarrassed me, made me cry, and ruined my meal. This was the absolute worst customer service experience. This man needs to be trained or replaced.

Placed an order online for pickup. They did not start my order until I walked in to pick it up. so i waited 20 minutes for my order. What is the point of ordering ahead if they aren’t going to start the order until i walk in
Very rude over the phone and have NO customer service skills, do not care about mobile orders and staff is very unprofessional
I went in to buy me some food after a 9 hour shift I get there to get a 8pc wing combo I asked if I can get seasoning on the fries like lemon pepper or garlic promeasean and he acted like he did not hear me saying it was seasoning on the fries but it's literally just salt I asked for Leon pepper seasoning but he was not trying get where I was coming from very disappointed but everything else good .
