Went in here because the app wasn’t working per usual and I had a great deal to redeem in store for a foot-long for six bucks. When I redeemed it, he just looked at me and said I can’t use it. I said, but it’s redeemed which means it’s in your system. He just looked at me and said no you have to pay full price. He turned the computer system around to show me something. I don’t know what I was looking at, but he looked at me to figure out how to enter a discount. The staff is VERY poorly trained. Customer service is non existent.

I went specifically cause I had gift cards. The wifi was down? They could not take either of my gift cards or even my credit card. Cash only with no sign saying so and Im very hungry. Not happy especially when I know you already made my sandwich!!

I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. Like any restaurant, they’ve had ups and downs in food quality, but recently the situation has become unacceptable. One of the staff members consistently ignores basic food-handling and hygiene rules. I have personally witnessed her sneezing and coughing over food without covering her face or the food.
When I politely raised concerns and asked her to follow basic hygiene practices, she responded dismissively, saying “it’s my store.” That attitude is alarming and unprofessional. Food safety is not optional, and customers should not be exposed to health risks. Authorities should seriously needs to address this before someone gets sick. @CDPH
