  Was creating an outdoor banner for my small business; made initial designs and submitted online. At pickup, I was very disappointed with the image quality, really pixelated. Nicole noticed and asked for the manager, Jason. At which point, he explained to me the situation, walked me through the steps to get better picture quality, then offered to reprint without additional charge AND got it done within a few hours. Awesome service. I could have gotten the job done online for marginally cheaper, but in no way I would have received this kind of help or service.

  Bad customer service at this place, I came in just needing a simple print of microphone flags they don’t even try to find a way to help you just want you to do all the work designing the layout and still over charge you..

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don't usually leave reviews, but this FedEx location absolutely deserves one. I had originally stopped at a UPS Store where I was frustrated by the lack of parking (only two spaces, with everything else being metered across the street) and they weren't even sure they had a box large enough for what I needed. I decided to drive over to this FedEx location instead, and I am so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Tito went above and beyond in every possible way. He didn't just help me find the right box—he took the time to show me a better way to pack everything so I could save money, and then he carefully helped me bubble wrap some very precious cargo to make sure it arrived safely. You can tell Tito genuinely cares about his customers. He was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel rushed. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, this experience truly stood out. This was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I've had anywhere. I'll gladly drive out of my way to come back to this location because of the outstanding service. Thank you, Tito, for making what could have been a stressful errand such a pleasant experience!

  Mike ray and Fahd were extremely helpful this morning I was there for no less than four hours trying to pact a return into the only box left that fit the sofa from TikTok shop and they did not spare any tape or saran wrap. Also checking the dimensions of every box I brought personally to make sure that they could even ship it.They took their time out to help me in a crazy moment and I think they should be recognized accordingly. The other staff were also very friendly if I forgot anyone please don’t charge it to my heart. Thank you! Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone
