    I have no clue how this store has a 3.9 that’s not representative of the store at all. They go above and beyond with instantaneous service to all customers and manage problems with systems or bottlenecks like it’s nothing. I’ve had bad experiences before with UPS stores but this completely changes my opinion on them forever. They’ve earned me, my companies, my friends, my wife and families business for life. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! For some context: I had recently gotten my car stolen while on a trip in Wisconsin. They had given me a call that my car was in their tow lot but needed a notarized letter. I live in villa park and called 2 other UPS stores, one didn’t even have a notary there and the other had no clue what he was doing. I then called this UPS store and Julie Wagner THE GOAT helped me even before I got into the store. She helped me create the proper paperwork for her to notarize and answered 2-3 phone calls when I had a new question for her. She was so kind and calm over the phone my hectic day was already getting better before I arrived. Then once I’m there they walk me through the whole process of printing and notarizing. I then had issues with my ID and she worked diligently and to the absolute best of her ability to help me. Even when I had an error in the paperwork and had to come back she still helped me out. I’m only writing this review because of the great team at this store. I see the owner responds to these and I hope the message is relayed to the notarizer at this UPS store Julie Wagner. Whatever you’re paying her it evidently isn’t enough and she should get a raise or a bonus or something.

    This is the worst store ever. I went to return two Amazon returns, in the original Amazon shipping boxes. The manager (Alex) whom was at the register told me. "Amazon wont accept these in the original shipping packaging" I responded " that is the silliest thing I have ever heard." So I unpacked the two items and swapped boxes. "There, no longer in the appropriate shipping package. He then said, this needs to be double boxed, you can buy a box here. I said, it didnt ship to me double boxed. He responded "i'm also not re-taping your package" This is not a free tape store. You can purchase tape from me, but i'm still not shipping the one not double boxed. Are you kidding me. Its so sad its comical. If Alex was 17 years old with no work experience, and no idea how to treat a customer. I could understand. But he was a manager in his 40's. I will never return to this location again and I will also be informing UPS corp about how their franchises treat their clients.

    People heading to a UPS is on a mission. The Team at this UPS is OVER THE TOP HELPFUL! Everyone from Jimmy and Alex to team members in the back hard at work make the customers in line their TOP priority. I have returned dozens of Amazon packages, sent out birthday and baby gifts that needed to be delivered on a specific date... They even take USPS letters ... everything always gets to where it needs to be. The Team are always upbeat and happy to see every customer. There's only one thing missing.. A TIP JAR for the best UPS in the western suburbs!

    Yesterday, I went up here to get something to be returned and everything that could’ve happened, happened. My phone refused to send the receipt I had gotten thru email and my connection kept going out to the point I had to walk to Jewels across from it to get their Wi-Fi only for it to still not work. I called my brother as it was his account to see if h me could email it to them instead, but as luck would have it, my phone died mid-conversation. I was on my way to just go back home, but the two gentlemen there at the time allowed me to use their charger and in no time, what took well over 30 minutes to return a pair of shoes, was made worthwhile for the sheer kindness of those 2 men who helped me out. This is a great spot given just how quick they went out their way to help a customer.

    I needed a few resumes printed and both Ash & Jimmy were super helpful and patient. The best part is, their words of encouragement, “GO GET THAT JOB!” Love this community! And their spunk! Thank you Ash! Thank you Jimmy!
