  They don’t even deserve the 1 star; I have to give them just to leave this review. I’ve ordered multiple times and never had an issue but lately it seems that the new team they have during the day do not assign restaurant orders vs online orders. Twice this week, got there for a timed order, and it was never made. Afterwards I waited 10 minutes for my sandwich to be made because they made everyone’s, who were walking in after me. I understand I’m not special or an important person but having this app and setting a time is for convenience for people who have a certain amount of time to eat. I will not be going back at all. I have tried calling the manager but no response.

  Good food, GREAT employees! I think Subway food is Subway food--it's good and reliable. The 5 stars are for the honest employees who found my purse and kept it safe until I could come get it. If you don't have integrity at a business, it's not worth going. I would highly recommend you give your business to this honest Subway.
