- MGMaria GarzaAug 4, 20261.0For this UPS store, I requested a pickup Hold at UPS Access Point Confirmed. On July 21, the tracking status updated to indicate my package was lost; subsequently, on July 22, the status changed to show the package was completely lost and that my box had been discarded. Finally, they opened a claim themselves without informing or consulting me directly, and without sending any photographic evidence of what happened. To date, they have not contacted me, and the customer relations team is not responding to my emails. I just want my package back; I don't care if it is damaged. I want an investigation into those responsible; this is a very serious matter.

Why would I go to Elk Grove when there’s one across the street from me in Arlington Heights/Rolling Meadows? Well the answer is clear: service! The kindness and truly great customer service I repeatedly get at the Elk Grove location is unmatched. I’m always treated as a valued customer. Today I got help with multiple returns from a kind woman who helped ensure I would only pay for the things I absolutely needed to and a kind gentleman offered and then assisted me in getting things out of my car. I highly recommend this UPS store!
- CHCathy HarrisJul 21, 20265.0They are absolutely the BEST!! I am a senior and had several medical copies, some 50+pages long. I’m terrible at my computer and my printer is old. I went in and told them what I needed to be sent and put in a jpg and others faxed. They are so kind, patient and professional! They have saved me from hours of stress more than once. I hope they never leave Elk Grove Village because they are truly wonderful taking care of every need possible with a smile. Cathy H
