  I have ordered online 2 times when I arrive there after the indicated time to pick them up, my sandwiches are not ready I have to wait for them to finish attending to all the customers who are arriving when they go and ask why my order is not ready, they answer me because there are customers. What is the point of ordering online and going to wait longer than the time indicated in the order. They still get angry and make the food all badly made.

  A few years ago when I got Subway sandwiches I had to drive all the way across town (Benton Harbor, MI) to return them and knew that I would never do that again. Now that I'm stuck at a hotel with only a Subway nearby I reluctantly went to this Subway location. A toasted Rotisserie Bacon Chicken on multigrain with all the veggies and pepper jack cheese is incredible. But also the place was spotless including the impeccably maintained sandwich station and the super sweet and careful Indian gal at the cashier made everything perfect.

  I ordered online for Bogo from app and applied the promo than I use my rewards points that I earned because I always buy at subway . The franchise owner told his employees to void my order because I applied too many discounts . But they still drafted from my debit card . It’s wrongful business . The franchise owner has no respect for customer service ! I drove there for nothing and can not get in touch with corporate to complain. They don’t get my business now if anyone really cared .
