I would like to report a concerning experience at your store. When I arrived, the employee was in the back area for several minutes before coming to the front to assist me. After returning from the back, I did not observe her wash or sanitize her hands before handling food.cookies wasn’t fresh I was trying to buy 12 chocolate chip she don’t have 12 cookies
I also attempted to redeem my Subway Rewards points for a cookie, but the employee refused and stated that she could not give it to me because the store needed to make a profit. I was disappointed by both the response and the manner in which I was treated, which I found rude and unprofessional.
Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in this location and do not plan to return. I hope this matter will be reviewed so that future customers have a better experience.
