  Very disappointing experience. I went in to print a document and was treated poorly by the two women working there. Their attitudes were unprofessional and unwelcoming, and they showed zero customer service skills. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed, spoke to me in a condescending way, and made me feel like I was bothering them—despite the store being empty and them clearly chatting with each other. No customer should ever be made to feel foolish or unwelcome for simply asking for help. I expect much better behavior from a FedEx location. Customer service training is seriously needed at this store.
