  terrible customer service, ordered wrong flavor at wrong location by mistake called location i originally wanted to go to before hand and they were willing to accomodate and change the flavor since i called before order placed but it was before we realized it was the wrong location. went to correct location and called requesting if possible they can still accomodate and the first woman i got was very kind and said they would honor it this once. i then received SIX CALLS BACK TO BACK which is completely unprofessional just for the manager to RUDELY tell me they have basically not trained their employees properly on policy so i was told the wrong thing and that they would not accomodate me at all and i would have to place an entirely new order “and they’d be happy to make the flavor i wanted”. in a world where everything is already expensive for everyone you would think this rude money hungry man would offer some type of accommodation or courtesy since his teammate already agreed instead he got an attitude because he cannot handle confrontation and hung up on me. will never shop this location again and will be contacting corporate.

  Extremely rude female employee. I called to let the store know that the large ranch I ordered with my order was extremely salty and the taste was off. The lady on the phone just stayed silent after I explained. When I finally said hello are you there she rudely says we don’t use salt we use packets not providing any customer service. The ranch was not made correctly and that is what I was trying to relay. I will go to the Schaumburg Wingstop that is further from my home because the food is fresher and customer service is better. And food quality is consistent.

  It was a female behind the register with her hair in a ponytail and two Guys working in the kitchen she was not friendly or welcoming at all!!!! She was very dry and act as if she didn’t want to be there no smile or nothing!!!! The food was good I can say that but if you going to have people doing customer service at least make sure they friendly!!!
