  "I just had my first experience at this location, and it was incredibly frustrating. I went in to print some documents for my fingerprinting appointment. The documents required a passcode; I had the code, but I just didn't know how to input it or transfer the files to their system to get them printed. I asked the employee if I could AirDrop them or how else to go about it, but he didn't care at all. There was absolutely no help or urgency. I was just talking to a guy who was pretty much dancing around the issue. After wasting 30 minutes there, I finally left and went somewhere else where they printed my documents easily. Wow, what an interesting experience. I drove a long distance for nothing. :)" I actually sent them same documents I gave ups but ups didn’t know bypass by simply entering passcode I had on their end

  This UPS location is horrible. I tried to send a package, and due to unexpected circumstances, had to immediately cancel the order because I no longer needed to send the item. This store refused to give me my property back, and told me that the only thing I could do was call the customer support line. I was then transferred to ANOTHER customer service line where they told me that the people in the store are the only ones who can process the cancellation. The store attendants then refused to speak to the UPS agent I was on the phone with. At the end of the day, I paid for shipping and a box that did not end up being sent. This store is unhelpful, unfriendly, and has no intention of operating as a customer caring business. Do not ship from here. This is my second time having issues with these people.

  I had scheduled an appointment for a notary and then showed up for my confirmed appointment time with the joint signer and 2 required witnesses, but was told the notary had left early for the day. They didn't bother to inform me or cancel the appointment, just waited until I arrived and told me to try again tomorrow. After wasting all of our time, I decided to go elsewhere.
