  Misleading Amazon Return Policy & Forced Box Purchase I went in to return an Amazon package and the staff insisted I had to buy a new shipping box. This is completely misleading. I contacted Amazon customer service directly, and they confirmed that returns do NOT require purchasing any packaging — you can return the item in the same product box it arrived in. When I questioned the UPS Store employees, they pointed to a sign (photo attached), but nowhere does it say a new box is required. It feels like they are pushing unnecessary charges onto customers who don’t know the actual Amazon policy. Amazon returns should be simple and free — not an upsell opportunity. I was returning it in the same store for almost 4years now they are forcing to sell their package.

  Brought my package to deliver not realizing I have to take to USPS. The person behind the counter printed out my return label at no charge! Thanks you guys are great!!

  Very disappointed with today’s visit. They’re usually nice to customers, but today they were making fun of a Hispanic family speaking Spanish when that family needed help shipping items. Very dangerous mindset especially given today’s political climate. Truly upsetting to see the entire teenage staff participating in this racist and rude behavior
