  Hours online and on the door are wrong. Brought a group to eat at 9:30 and store was still closed at 10:30 while waiting for the bus in the rain. No workers inside at all. Very frustrating.

  Order 10 minutes past promised time (didn't even start it until a few minutes after promise time. Not the end of the world. Paid for extra meat and extra cheese. Person making sandwich didn't add either. Asked the (I'm guessing manager) what the ticket meant. And then proceeded to just give me the sandwich. Didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes for my food. Theres a water tube sitting on the counter by drink station with visible mold inside the tube. Gross. Ill be going to Jimmy Johns from now on.

  It’s so good I ordered the Italian herb and cheese footlong , Pepperoni, Provolone cheese , Toasted , Lettuce , tomato , onion , pickles , Mayo , but next time I’m gonna order the same thing but with salami Jalapeño and Ranch

  Had the best experience with RAHU probably misspelled that. He showed me and my family the most kindness. Met us at the door, efficiently took our very large order, and helped me with the large order to the car. ( I’m on crutches) this was a HUGE help! Thanks for the great service
