  Asking for Half of white bread and he didn’t hear right and he asked again half of white bread and I said yes and then he kept moving. Didn’t know what he was doing then put it in the oven. Didn’t ask me if I wanted anything else on it and I said weird usually they ask me to put it in the oven when they’ve already asked what I want on it then proceeds to show me they put him and I said that’s not what I wanted and started yelling I methen you should’ve spoken up, now I have to throw this meat away you know what a waste that is but I couldn’t even see because they had the silver lid to cover up the meat up the window so I couldn’t see.

  Worst customer service. I ordered a sandwich through the subway app and got the wrong order. I call the store to let them know, and instead of being apologetic I hear the manager or employer on the phone laughing on the side to their coworker saying “haha you forgot the veggie Pattie in the veggie Pattie sandwich” I found that so unprofessional. When I had asked to get a refund I was told to contact DoorDash since the delivery was through door dash, but when I tried explaining to them that I placed it through the app they should be able to assist me they refused to listen. I called DoorDash to let them know and they told me that I would have to go through subway since I placed the order through their app. I called the store back and again he refused to help and instead started being rude and raising his voice at me. Never am I ordering here again.
