  I went here to take my passport photo, they told me it would be okay, charged me the 15$ service fee and sent me on my way. Just for it to get denied, and not offer a retake. The customer service was good, but do not trust them for passport services.

  FedEx lost my package filled with personal items. I called their support number, filed multiple support tickets, and filed multiple claims and yet they simply canceled all my tickets and claims and said they could not find my package and offered no additional help. They never reimbursed me for my lost items. Im disappointed and I will not be using FedEx anytime soon.

  Sent a package from this store to Bloomington, IN. Package got to the distribution center in Indiana and never left. Spent over a week looking for package. They still haven’t found it and it’s been a huge hassle to deal with even processing the claim has been a nightmare. I am so disappointed as this was the only place I trusted to ship packages that had value. I now have to use the UPS store across the street.

  I stopped in today 3/9/26 to print out some pictures for my father’s funeral service to make a collage. My father passed this past weekend before. So I had been busy all day running around getting things prepared for his celebration of life. I stopped in the store at 6:58pm , technically not closed because closing time is 7pm. My mother double checked with a gentleman Connor at the door and he confirmed we were good they were still open. This is where it goes south. The woman working there Brianna or Breana not sure how you spell it asked very rudely and in a tone what service we were going to do and I explained print some pictures. She then again in a rude tone said to come back tomorrow morning “we are closed” I then told her my father passed away 2 days ago. And she was rude and short. Why ask what services we were going to do if closed. Oh right because we WENT INTO THE STORE prior to it being closed. That’s some customer service for ya. I’ve worked in high end retail for years now and work for Louis Vuitton the top tier of retail and never would you treat a customer like that especially in a tough moment dealing with someone’s passing. She needs to be take some manners and hospitality classes because she lacks ethics and empathy. I hope she’s not the store manager because I could only imagine how she treats her employees. If her district manager or anyone from fed ex could kindly direct to corporate for a complaints because this experience was so wrong and unethical.
