Can't eat here as I've lost complete confidence in the staff to do their job correctly. This is to the point that I now use the app to order and as soon as I press "pay" I walk in to watch them make my food as they have more than once made my online order wrong and given it to me. One time I placed an online order for a sandwich with double meat and the lady only gave the standard portion size, I had to correct her. That's a $4 price difference and if I hadn't seen her make my online order in person and blatantly ignore the double meat request on my online order I would of paid an additional $4 for nothing.
I've also seen this same lady put maybe 3 slices of turkey on each 6 inch portion of a footlong turkey sub before. A standard footlong turkey sub typically comes with 12 slices of turkey. So the lady literally gave me half of a STANDARD PORTION. I just go to Harrisburg now to order. I do believe the problems with the Eldorado location is stimming from just maybe 1 or 2 bad employees. The lady I'm mostly targeting is an older lady who works day shift and trains new staff from what I've seen. I think she hates her job and takes it out on customers. This is not the person I would pair new employees with to show what to do it will just continue to create bad employees like her.
Their toaster has been down for weeks, maybe over a month at this point. If your sub needs to be toasted they will microwave it instead. It's pretty crazy that they have not replaced such an essential piece of equipment. Maybe the issues at this location are deeper than we think.

The Subway app messed up my order and staff was very rude not helpful. They regularly have delays and issues here. Would not recommend if expecting a quick, hassle-free experience.

Ordered online for pickup at the window. The girl with the red curly hair flings the window open and rudely blunts out "name" after giving her my name she repeats it again rudely as if she didn't hear me but clearly did. Next thing I know she thrusts the bag in my face and when I grabbed it I actually said thank you and all I received back from her was the slamming of the window. I dont know who made my sandwiches but I did tip when placed that order too about 15%. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and I refuse to accept this is the new standard of customer service. This happens because management and or owners are complicit and don't hold people accountable for their terrible behavior. I have had some great experiences with some others there but this girl needs to be reprimanded or needs a new line of work because she had me steaming and I will definitely reconsider which Subway I order from next time.
