  Insane. I ordered a sandwich that your menu notes has tomato & lettuce... I asked to substitute onions in place of them. The employee told me I can't have onions bc it doesn't come with onions. ?! I asked to purchase them on the side. She said "no this item does not come with onions!" Um.. what? Her tone, her wording- it was all so unkind. Im just baffled that was real life. I just wanted some onions. 10am Friday... management, please follow up with your employee. No way the way I was just treated is ok.

  The young taller kid that was working, think he had red hair was completely rude, mumbled every word, just slapped everything together, and gave me a 3 inch sandwhich which was supposed to be a 6 inch. Wouldn’t recommend this subway to my worst enemy

  DO NOT GO HERE!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! I hate giving places bad reviews. In this case the server acted scared to death to give me too much spinach to the point of putting the leaves on one at a time. We paid $30 for 2 sandwiches. We ALWAYS get extra spinach on 1 of the sandwiches. We do not get peppers, olives, or a variety of other toppings.. We DO get extra spinach as I am iron deficient and my body NEEDS the extra iron from the spinach. The guy was kind, but mentioned that they are NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE AN IRON DEFICIENT PERSON what they need on the MOSTLY BREAD sandwich. They have LOST our business...It only had half of the chicken as other stores and 1/3 of the toppings.. Basically it tasted like flavored bread for $15. Never again.

  Do NOT order online. They put absolutely no toppings on your sandwich is it because they don’t want to restock??? It’s pathetic for how much you pay! It’s not like it comes out of your paycheck. Btw. My photo is supposed to be ham, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers and lots of mayo. I should have took a photo of how thin it was. Terrible!
