  Staff members very courteous and helpful. Room very clean. I travel a lot and the Best Western hotels are usually the best to stay at.

  The hotel itself was decent for what we needed- a place to sleep while attending a sports event. We spent very little time in the room and the accommodations were acceptable. Unfortunately the customer service was not so great and I would caution others to closely monitor their charges here as I have now had to file disputes over charges they said have been returned.

  I won’t say the place was immaculate, but the service made it a place I’d gladly go back to any time I’m in town. It was crazy during my stay, Sami was kind, empathetic and was always busy doing something. Joellen was a treat each morning and it was obvious she cared about her crew and guests. A+ from me.

  The lady at the front was very nice. But the hotel is run down, in need of major remodel. It was over priced for the condition.

  We had a great experience from the time we arrived to when we left. There was an unexpected issue caused by completing the reservation with an incorrect date, which could have turned into a very stressful moment when you’re already in the facility, and you need a place to stay at due to a major event you’re attending the next morning. Madelyn helped us resolve the issue in the best and most efficient way possible. Her professional and empathetic way of managing the situation and finding a solution helped us to find accommodation in the facility. In addition, our room was clean and presentable, staff were nice, and breakfast was really good. I highly recommend Best Western Plus Hotel.
