The beautiful lady at the desk went above and beyond making sure I would walk out there without any questions!! Easy Moline Cricket MGMNT if you’re reading this , give DaMay a raise ! She did not only carefully explain every feature and option cricket has to offer but she has created a lifelong loyal customer to your brand . Her patience and passion goes beyond anything I’ve ever seen at any other cricket location, you truly have a one of kind person with her and you would be losing to not make sure she isn’t happy working there .   Brought in two fully paid off phones (GS7 Edge and GS5). The associate brought out his APN settings book and claimed he couldn't get a signal on either one of them. Told me the GS7 Edge was SIM locked (it's not). Then tried to do the same thing with my GS5 and claimed the same thing. I ordered my own SIM kit from Walmart and programmed my S7 Edge myself to work on their network. Obviously they need more training there.
