I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this situation just isn’t getting resolved. I ordered a footlong with the $6.99 deal on the app, when my husband went In they said there was no order that came through and made him pay full price and out of pocket, even tho he showed proof we had paid for the sandwich.
I went back in to ask for a refund since I paid $6.99 on the app and they charged my husband. We were told to come back when a manager was available, we stop in multiple times to go in to speak with a manager and never one there. I was told if I left the proof of payment that they would refund it to my husband when the manager came in the next day. I wrote my name and number across the top and took a picture of it and still a week later and no refund. Also you can’t call because there phone is disconnected. So save yourself the hassle and do t bother ordering from this one if you’re going to use the mobile app.

We have been there 40+ times over the years and never had a bad meal. Very nice people working for them. no complaints, clean as well.
