  I had a very disappointing experience with this UPS. The customer service I received was unprofessional, disrespectful, and far below the standard I expected. The attitude from the staff made the situation even worse, and I left feeling like I was treated unfairly and without basic respect. I also felt that I was treated differently in a way that made me question whether race played a role in the interaction. To be very honest this is not the first time I have been done this way by this location. No customer should ever be made to feel dismissed, disrespected, or uncomfortable when trying to resolve an issue. This UPS needs to do a better job training employees on professionalism, respectful communication, and fair treatment of all customers. Based on this experience, I am not utilizing this location or recommend this location. Will take my money where it is appreciated and respected.

  So I hated the customer service. The people who were helping me and my mom interrupted my mom mid sentence when she wasn't even talking to her. Then there was attitude when my mom was talking to them. We also got charged for every single thing that my mom already pre paid for.

  Loveleen went out of their way to show me customer service that was above and beyond. I needed to print, cut, and packages some assets for a job. I was running behind schedule and stressing out, but after receiving timely and professional assistance I was back on track.

  Very disappointed with the pricing at this location. I was charged $23.33 for 74 black-and-white copies, which is far more expensive than the local library and even another UPS Store nearby. I was so surprised by the total that I even asked the employee to confirm the price was correct. I was also charged an additional $3.25 “email fee” simply for sending the files electronically, even though that appears to be the preferred method for submitting print jobs. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
