  Matthew did a great job in adding my daughter new 2026 Honda CR-Ex-L to our insurance policy and removing the 2018 Mazda CX-5 which we sold. He continuously checked in with me on the details of the purchase of the new Honda and the sale of the Mazda. He also checked in with my on the transfer to the Illinois license plates to Indiana where my daughter lives and her new address and apartment change in order to change the policy to her name, new car and new address. He also continuously followed through to make sure I received his emails so I could provide all the information to the purchase of the new vehicle, sale of the old vehicle, transfer of license plates to Indiana and the change of address for my daughter.
