  Purchased two items online and picked them up twenty minutes later. Greeted upon arrival with a friendly hello and how may I be helped. Gave the associate my name and order number along with my ID. Received the order with no issues and a friendly "Have a good day." No worries here...Always have good experiences at this location. The employees here are experienced and friendly. This store is immaculate, organized, and nice to look at.

  So I've been using advance Auto for years. Today I realized after getting some oil delivered I need 11 quarts not 10 so I placed an order for a 5 qt mobile one from this store in Downers. This order was placed at roughly 4:30 p.m. here is where I am naive and let this be lesson to everybody. I came to the store at 8:15 p.m. expecting to pick up my order that I paid for and they said it was in stock. The gentleman Damien said oh I was just going to call you when you walked in which is 4 hours later after I ordered the part. I call bullshit and then I asked him what he said and he said didn't you hear me and I told him no you were kind of mumbling and he got attitude with me which a much submit I got attitude back. This store sucks don't go here travel somewhere else. Oh and he first told me when I brought in my old oil that they can't accept it didn't I see the sign I said no I didn't. On the way out I did notice a handwritten sign that has survived many storms today It was kind of curled up so if you opened it you could read it. Perhaps they should come up with a permanent sign that they can switch hey we can't take your oil today Go somewhere else. And yes I'm speaking my text so if there's errors I really don't care because I'm angry at this store.

  This location in particular unfortunately never has parts for my vehicle in stock even though the website says the parts are in stock. This is really the only Advanced Auto Parts in the area that I've run into this issue. CALL BEFORE GOING to make sure parts are actually in store. Vehicle: 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe (common vehicle)
