  My car cut off over the weekend. It started back up after jump. Monday I had battery checked it was good was told it could alternator. Went to advanced auto for diagnostic. Kwame is the person that helped super nice, knowledgeable and willing to help. He open the hood and told me my brake bracket was the problem. He was right it’s riding like it’s suppose too. This young man was like a breath of fresh air. I have be telling all my friends how helpful he is. Customer service a 10. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

  I placed an online order which quotes "ready for pick up in 30 minutes." As we all know, you get an email when your order is ready for pick up, however, I placed the order about 2p on a Tuesday and that was it. Wednesday came and went and no order update, I even tracked my order online and it simply showed as "processing. " I ended up canceling my order on Thursday and placed a new order at a different location. Received email that my order was ready within the 30 minutes. After reading other reviews I am glad I didn't have to go in that store and have an even worse image of their service. **For those wondering why I didn't just go inside to purchase my item is because they normally have coupon codes to use for online orders.

  There was a woman who answered the phone and refused the visual for a part they had in stock. She claimed they didn’t have it without checking when in reality there were multiple. I ended up having to drive to their hub store in Calumet on Torrence who also verified they had it originally in Dolton. I would seriously recommend restaffing or retraining if employees send paying customers elsewhere to avoid basic tasks. All this did was waste time & gas money on a transmission repair. I would avoid coming to this location ever.
