We placed an online order, went to pick it up, and when we got there they informed us they were out of lettuce, tomato, peppers, all bread except for wheat, mayo, etc. When we asked if we could just cancel our order, they were unable to do that and unable to refund our money. Told us to go to 2 different websites to cancel the order, these websites didn’t even work. The manager was rude.

I ordered a steak and cheese sandwich last night and the employee did not warm up my meat. When I got to my car the meat was ice cold. Took it back in and asked if he could replace it he said NO and after that I asked if he could refund my order he got an attitude with me and told me that he will not refund my order. When I came back in today to talk with the GM he was not there after I was told he would be in today. The employee that was working last night was rude and very unprofessional with customers

It's yummy and awesome as always but they were out of bread and so short staffed. It wasn't there fault. They were doing the best they could.
