  Arrived at UPS before closing time and the door was locked, the employee was mopping the floors, looked up saw me trying to open the doors but ignored me and continued to mop the floors. Another customer came as I went into my car and couldn’t get in and turned around to leave. So frustrating and disappointing. I usually have good experience at this UPS.

  My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.

  I’ve been using this location every week for years. They are consistently friendly and informative. I drop my package knowing it’s reaching its destination the next day
