  Lally was incredibly helpful despite being extremely busy with a high volume of incoming traffic. Even under pressure, she treated me with kindness, professionalism, and respect. She never lost sight of my needs and remained fully dedicated to her role throughout my visit. She has such a lovely, positive energy and is very knowledgeable. Her exceptional customer service truly made a difference, and I greatly appreciate the care and attention she provided.

  I’ve had the displeasure of going to dozens upon dozens of UPS stores around the entire country where usually they have these exorbitant fees and employees with bad attitudes. This particular store, however, is a refreshing change from that. The two young ladies who work upfront are incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast every time I go here. I hope the owner gives them both a raise.
